Founded by Tracy Voss, long-time animal rescuer, educator, retired Merck Animal Health representative and the heart behind Tracy's Paws Rescue, our humane-education programs were built to address a growing need in communities across Texas and beyond.  We believe every pet owner deserves access to clear, honest, and easy to understand education- whether they're brand-new to pet ownership or looking to strengthen their skills.

Taylor Neville

Director of Promoting Animal Welfare in Schools 
Director of the PAWS Program and an experienced classroom teacher. Taylor developed our entire children's curriculum, creating lessons that inspire compassion, empathy, and responsible pet care in students of all ages.
